Trademark suggests LG has W Watch in the works, too

LG has yet to officially release its first Android Wear-powered G Watch but it might be time to start talking about its successor. At least that’s what recently discovered trademark filings suggest. A yet announced LG W Watch has been spotted at the official USPTO website, indicating the G Watch 2 could actually be called the W Watch. Then again, it’s possible they just wanted to scoop up a new trademark for giggles. Filed on April 18, it’s a brand new registration. In the meanwhile, you can get a good feel for the G Watch over on its website.
