The TomTom Golfer GPS Watch coming soon

I’m no golfer, but if I were I would want this TomTom smartwatch. The TomTom Golfer GPS Watch could be the perfect companion out on the course. I’ve been around golf enough to know that most of it is a head game. You’ve got to be willing to not beat yourself up when shots aren’t going the way you want, and remain humble when things are going your way. But, perhaps just as important as all that, knowing the course you are playing can give you the edge you might need.

The TomTom Golfer comes fully loaded with over 34,000 courses. From your wrist, you’ll know the exact distance to the front, center, and back of the green. You’ll be able to see where hazards are, and the remaining distance to lay-up points. You’ll also be able to track your score, distance, and time for your round.

Expect to get about 10 hours on the TomTom Golfer while in GPS mode. The watch display size is 22x25mm (1.29 inches) with a 144×168 resolution.

The TomTom Golfer ships with the device, a desk dock for charging and a quick start guide.

Currently available for pre-order in Europe, and expected to ship in the next 30-days, the TomTom Golfer is listed for $249.99 in the U.S., but with no option to pre-order.
