Steel Connect lets Pebble Steel users swap any watch strap

A Kickstarter project has been launched to address the main reservation many are having with the new Pebble Steel smartwatch and that’s the lack of options for the wrist-strap.

That’s where Steel Connect steps in – the project creates a connector in between the Pebble Steel and the wrist-strap which enables any 22mm strap to be fitted to the smartwatch, opening up a ton of possibilities.

The Steel Connect Kickstarter project currently as £3,539 pledged of their £5,000 goal and if the interchangable wrist-straps is something that interests you then for as little as £15 you can become an early backer and receive a Steel Connect.
