Someone might have finally figured out the ongoing problem of trying to use a smartwatch without covering the entirety of the screen when interacting with it.
A new concept coming from a team in Carnegie Mellon University have developed a concept smartwatch that turns the whole screen into one big input mechanism.
You’re able to tilt, move, and rotate the entire smartwatch screen as a way of interacting with the device, essentially keeping the watch face free from fingers, making it essentially one big joystick.
It seems like a pretty decent concept, and an idea that would work. Judge for yourself in the below video.
