Samsung on Thursday announced its latest smartwatch, the Tizen-based Gear S. Features include a 2-inch Super AMOLED display, 4GB internal storage, and a 1GHz dual-core processor. The key detail, however, is that it features 3G connectivity, meaning it can receive messages and calls without the aid of another device.
