Qualcomm Toq updated to include Activity Points, new features

Qualcomm has rolled out a new software update for its Toq smartphone, adding in a couple handy features. Chief among the details is the focus on Activity. Users can now keep a running tally of Activity Points each day, providing a metric to gauge how much one moves about. It’s not clear how these are calculated but it appears they will be archived for users. Given this is a beta feature we might expect a few changes in the future.
Other details in the 1.3 release of the app include a world time clock which shows your local time and favorite cities as well as the option to toggle temperature between Celsius and Fahrenheit.
- New “World Clock” clock style allows you to toggle through the local time and weather in your favorite cities
- New Activity Applet (Beta) monitors your activity while wearing Toq and tracks your activity “points” over a 24 hour period. View a history of your daily activity point totals in the Toq Android app.
- New ”Activity” clock style shows the time plus your current activity ‘points’ at a glance
- Adds ability to select temperature scale in either Celsius or Fahrenheit
