MyGlass app updated to version 3.0
In the last few days we’ve had tons of coverage on Google Glass, from Minuum keyboard, which landed on Google Glass, Glass’ availability to everyone, changes in Google Glass leadership and finally some reports regarding the next-gen Google Glass.
Now we’re back on the software side of things, MyGlass app for Google Glass has received only under the hood updates so far, but with version 3.0 that changes. My Glass got a much needed interface overhaul, now there’s a slide-in menu on the left like on modern Google apps, which gives you quick access to various option, settings, contacts, etc. In short, you’ll find a much improved interface all around which doesn’t look outdated anymore, quite on contrary. Regarding the features, Google added the ability to share maps from your phone to connected Google Glass, which is a nice feature.
I haven’t had the pleasure of using Google Glass myself just yet even though I’d very much like to do that, but it seems like Glass is constantly moving forward. Did you have the opportunity to use Glass, what are your thoughts?
