Moto 360 smartwatch to be the first Android Wear smartwatch to sport an ambient light sensor

Despite the fact that LG G Watch and Samsung Gear Live are already available, many of you are still waiting for that beautiful third Android Wear device. Moto 360 is supposed to launch this summer and according to the latest information it’s about to sport something we didn’t expect or at least didn’t know about.

Motorola’s Moto 360 smartwatch is going to have ambient light sensor built-in so you won’t have to worry about tweaking your screen brightness. Luckily Motorola decided to include this so hopefully there will be less issues using the watch outdoors, compared to the current Android Wear offerings of course. This information comes from a hands-on video dating back to Google I/O last month actually.

If Moto 360’s beautiful circular looks didn’t get you hooked, maybe this will. Including ambient light sensor is kind of logical and we really don’t know why LG and Samsung opted out of it.
