LG’s first Android Wear smartwatch to feature a circular display, the G Watch R, is expected to go on sale next week. According to the hardware maker, the G Watch R is slated to arrive Tuesday, October 14. It’s not clear what price tag we might anticipate for the smartwatch in the United States; however, LG puts it at 352,000 won, or approximately $332 (US).
Powered by a 1.2GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor, the G Watch R offers wearers a 1.3-inch full circle display of 320×320 pixels. Other specifications include 4GB storage, 512MB RAM, and a 410mAh battery.
We should look for U.S. retailers and carriers to soon announce the local availability and pricing of the G Watch R.
