The Lifeband is able to track steps, distance, and speed. You can also compare activity and inactivity, as well as track run time and calories although it cannot track your heart rate it is compatible with numerous heart rate monitors. Another nice touch to the Lifeband Touch is its smartwatch features, such as the ability to show notifications for texts and calls, as well as media playback controls.
