Apple Watch to come later than expected

0

During the Apple Watch reveal, CEO Tim Cook announced that the smartwatch would come “early 2015”, which presumably means January or February, maybe March.

However a new report from 9to5Mac shows a statement from Apple’s Senior Vice President of Retail and Online Stores to employees saying, “We’re going into the holiday, we’ll go into Chinese New Year, and then we’ve got a new watch launch coming in the spring.”

This means the Apple Watch won’ be hitting shelves until at least March 20th.

The Apple Watch launch is coming pretty far after the competition has devices on the market, with some companies like Samsung and LG with multiple wearables on he market already. Do you think the Apple Watch will be a bust, or do you think they will revolutionize the market once more?
