$129 Martian Notifier arrives June 1

California-based Martian Watches this week announced that the Martian Notifier line of smartwatches will be available across major retailer starting June 1. Priced at $129.99, the device pairs with either iOS (7.0+) or Android smartphones  and provides a host of notification features. It is, a Notifier after all.

The Martian Notifier line of smartwatches feature an integrated OLED display that provides real-time alerts and notifications. Be it whether, text messages, caller ID, social media, or something else, it’s pushed to your wrist for a quick glance. The watch also provides some added functionality in that you can activate your phones speakerphone for voice commands.The Notifier button also works to decline incoming calls, snap photos on the phone, or set alarms.

The Martian Notifier’s Smart Notifications App lets users filter out which sort of notifications trickle to the watch. This way you are not bombarded with every little update that crosses your phone. Users can also set custom vibration patters for alerts so you know what type of notification you received without looking.

• iPhone users of iOS 7 will have the ability to receive every notification that is shown in the iPhone’s Notification Center.
• Android users can receive notifications from any app that is installed on their phone and provides a push notification.
